Instructions for purchasing and redeeming the voucher

2. Place the order and make the payment.

After the payment is processed, we will prepare your voucher.

3. Voucher collection:
– electronic version (PDF) – sent to the provided email

4. Voucher redemption:
– the voucher can be used for stay or services available at the property
– validity: one year from the date of purchase
– reservations must be made by phone or email, providing the voucher number
