Wang Terraces is a unique property that has been attracting tourists from all over the world since its inception. Its distinctive architecture and picturesque location - right next to the historic Wang Temple, at the entrance to the Karkonosze National Park - make it one of the most attractive places in the region. Currently, after careful renovation, it offers comfortable rooms, a relaxing SPA area, and a restaurant known for its excellent cuisine.

After the war, the facility was taken over by the Employee Holiday Fund and was initially called the "Wang" Holiday House, and later the "Forest Castle 2" Holiday Resort. The place provided family recreation for factory and office workers. How vivid the stay at the center was during that time can be learned from the surviving guest books.

Wang Terraces immediately gained a large number of guests who, delighted with the place, regularly returned there. In the interwar period, probably the most famous guest of the "Hotel und Terrassen Wang" was the outstanding German composer Kurt Weill, who stayed in Karpacz for several weeks in 1931 to recover after the conclusion of a lawsuit with the production company Nero-Tobis over unauthorized changes to the film version of "The Threepenny Opera." An interesting fact is that in 1945 the management of Hotel Wang was entrusted to the mother of the famous Polish actress Beata Tyszkiewicz – Barbara from the Rechowicz family Tyszkiewiczowa.

In 2004, the property was taken over by a new owner who, after a complete renovation, restored the building's former glory. The history of the Wang Terraces has always been connected with the nearby Wang Temple. This is where lavish weddings were held for couples whose ceremonies took place in the church known as a place of happy marriages.
