  1. Place your order and make the payment.
    After the payment is received, we will prepare your voucher.

  2. Voucher collection:
    – electronic version (PDF) – sent to the provided email
    – it is also possible to collect the gift voucher at the reception

  3. Voucher redemption:
    – the voucher can be used for stays or services available at the facility
    – valid for one year from the date of purchase.
    – reservations must be made by phone or email, providing the voucher number
